These measurements are the cirucmference size of wrist that this strap will fit when attached to your watch and done up using the provided strap connections. This can be worked our for your wrist by using a sewing tape to measure the cirucmerfence of your wrist just below your wrist bone.

Just make sure you either air dry or pat dry before wearing to ensure you don't risk getting a rash from moisture being trapped against your skin..
